Copiara

Copiara · a Shopify app

Turn your Shopify store into a B2B platform.

Shopify ships the primitives. Copiara completes the platform with the wholesale work Shopify has no answer for on any plan.

Copiara cross-references competitor part numbers like SKF 6205-2RS1 to the matching items in your own catalog.

Core B2B is on every paid plan. The wholesale job is bigger than that.

Since April 2026, companies, payment terms, volume pricing, and B2B checkout come with your Shopify plan. That is real, and Copiara does not rebuild any of it. What is left over is the part of wholesale that has always run on people.

01

The price question

A buyer wants four hundred units at a number nobody has agreed to yet. Shopify has no quote negotiation on any plan, so the answer becomes an email thread and the thread becomes the record.

02

The approval nobody logged

The buying company has a spend policy whether or not your store knows about it. Shopify has no buyer-side approval step, so the policy runs on forwarded email.

03

The credit call

Shopify payment terms mark an invoice overdue. They do not hold an order against a limit. That decision is still yours, usually out of a spreadsheet, usually after the order shipped.

Cross-reference, built into the path

Bring any part number. Leave with yours.

A buyer pastes a competitor list, a legacy SKU, or the number stamped on the side of the box. Copiara resolves it against your Shopify catalog, applies the price that company sees, and carries the match through the quote, the order, and the reorder.

Shopify search matches your own titles, SKUs, and tags. It has no idea what a competitor part number is. Fuzzy matches land in a review queue for your team, and nothing auto-maps without an exact reference.

A front door that knows who is asking.

The concierge sits on your own theme as an app embed. It cross-references a part, checks that buyer's price and stock, and stages the order in chat, inside the company context that already governs what they can see.

It cannot see another buyer's pricing, it does not route around an approval, and it does not invent an answer for a part your catalog cannot support.

Need 24 of SKF 6205-2RS1 on the usual terms, and add a case of the 243 threadlocker.

Matched SKF 6205-2RS1 to CPR-6205-SL, your contract price is $8.42 with 312 in stock. Added 24, plus one case of ADH-243-50. Draft order is ready for review.

Every answer works inside the buyer's account: their pricing, their limits, their approver.

The buyer already has the number. It just is not your number yet.

Copiara works with your store, not around it.

These stay Shopify's job and Copiara hands the work straight back. A negotiated quote becomes a Shopify draft order with the prices locked, and it settles at Shopify checkout on the company's own terms.
