Early access · B2B wholesale
Your buyers know the competitor's part number. Copiara knows yours.
Copiara is a buyer portal for wholesale distributors. Your customers search with whatever number they have in front of them, see their contract price on every line, route the PO for approval, and pay on terms. An AI concierge works the same catalog.
In active development. We are taking a small number of design partners into the first pilots.
What your buyers run into today
The part number does not match.
A maintenance buyer has a number written on the housing of the part they are replacing. Your catalog has your house SKU. Search returns nothing, so they call, or they buy it somewhere else.
Contract pricing lives in a spreadsheet.
Every negotiated price list is real, and none of it is online. So every quote is a phone call, and your reps spend the morning looking up numbers they already agreed to.
Approvals happen off the record.
A purchase order over someone's spend limit goes into an inbox. Nobody can see where it is, and it sits there for two days.
What Copiara does
Cross-reference resolution
Type a competitor or OEM part number and get your SKU back, with a confidence score. Exact matches resolve straight through. Fuzzy matches land in a review queue instead of guessing at your customer. Unknown numbers your buyers type become a list of demand you are not covering yet.

Contract pricing everywhere
Every buyer company sees its own price list: list price struck through, their price, the discount, and volume breaks. One pricing service resolves it, so the catalog, quick order, quotes, and checkout always agree. Quotes and orders snapshot the price they were written at, so history stays history.

Quotes and PO approvals
Buyers ask, reps counter with cost and margin visible on their side only, buyers accept, and the quote becomes a draft purchase order. Anything over a buyer's self-approval limit, or with a non-contract line on it, routes to an approver, with the chain shown on the order itself.
Buyer → Approver → Supplier · over $2,000 limit
Net terms and invoices
Terms, due dates, aging, and open balance per account, with a credit check at submit. Payments record against invoices, including the offline ones. When card and ACH land they run directly on your own payment account: Copiara is never in the funds flow.

An AI concierge that knows the catalog
The concierge calls the same authenticated endpoints the screens call, so it sees your catalog, that buyer's contract pricing, and stock, and nothing belonging to another account. It can cross-reference a part, check a price, and stage an order. Placing an order over the approval threshold still goes through approval. How the concierge works
“food-safe 6205?” → 6205-2RS-SS · staged, awaiting approval

How it starts
01
Load the catalog.
Upload a CSV or a spreadsheet export. Map your columns once. Copiara validates the file and tells you what is missing before anything is published.
02
Bring your cross-references and price lists.
Same import path. Cross-references arrive with a status and a confidence score. Price lists attach to buyer companies with an effective date.
03
Invite your accounts.
Buyers, approvers, and company admins each get a role and a spend limit. Your reps get a console over the same data.
Want to see it against your own data?
Tell us what you distribute and how your buyers order today. If it looks like a fit, we will walk you through the portal and talk about an early pilot.
