Companies over your plan keep buying through Shopify B2B. Nothing is deleted.

Through Shopify, start to finish.
Shopify App Pricing handles the subscription and the trial. There is no second vendor relationship to set up, and none of your payment details sit in our systems.

When the listing is live, Copiara installs into your store the same way any other Shopify app does.

Pick a plan in your admin
Free, Growth or Scale, chosen on Shopify's own plan page rather than a checkout of ours.

Fourteen days free
On Growth and Scale, Shopify tracks the trial. Nothing is charged until it ends, and you can change plan during it. Free needs no trial.

It lands on your Shopify invoice
Beside everything else you pay Shopify for. No card or bank details ever reach Copiara.
Three plain statements.
No order limits
Your plan does not limit how many orders or quotes you run through Copiara. A plan sets how many active buyer companies and AI replies it covers.
No share of your sales
Copiara takes no percentage of what you sell. Orders are placed and paid in Shopify, and Copiara is not in the payment path.
Extra AI replies when you need them
Need more replies in a month? Add 250 for $10 on Growth or Scale. It is added once to your Shopify bill and never renews.

Free covers 5 active buyer companies and 50 AI replies a month. Growth is $59 a month and covers 250 companies and 1,500 replies. Scale is $129 a month and covers 2,000 companies and 3,000 replies. Growth and Scale open with a 14-day free trial. Need more replies in a month? Add 250 for $10 on Growth or Scale. It is added once to your Shopify bill and never renews. Billing runs through Shopify App Pricing, so the charge lands on your Shopify invoice with everything else you pay for there.
Do the plans have different features?
No. Every plan carries the same toolkit. A plan differs in how many active buyer companies and AI replies it covers.
What is an active buyer company?
A company is active when a buyer from it signed in through Copiara, or it had a quote, an order or an approval, in the last 90 days, or when it has a credit limit or an approval rule set in Copiara. Companies over your plan keep buying through Shopify B2B. Nothing is deleted.
Can we pay yearly?
Not today. Plans are billed monthly through Shopify App Pricing.
Can we install it today?
Not yet. Copiara is being built as a Shopify app and the listing is not published, so there is nothing to subscribe to. Join the early access list and we will tell you when it is live.
Does Copiara take a cut of sales?
No. Copiara does not take a percentage of what you sell. Orders are placed and paid in Shopify, and Copiara is not in the payment path.
Does Copiara replace Shopify B2B?
No. Companies, payment terms, volume pricing, and B2B checkout stay native to Shopify. Copiara adds the parts Shopify does not have on any plan: an RFQ and versioned-quote desk, buyer approval chains, credit limit enforcement, and the concierge.
Do we need Shopify Plus?
No. Core Shopify B2B is on every paid Shopify plan. Some behavior does differ by your Shopify plan, because Shopify caps a store below Plus at three active catalogs, and the listing will spell out what changes.
Does Copiara handle our money?
No. Orders are placed in Shopify and paid there, on the company's own payment terms or through a Shopify payment link. Copiara reads payment state back from Shopify. It does not collect on your behalf.
What happens to our data if we uninstall?
Uninstalling ends our access to your store immediately. Shopify sends a shop redaction request about 48 hours later, and we delete the Shopify connection data for that store, along with its AI concierge conversations and the business facts the concierge recorded from them. The other records Copiara created for you stay in your Copiara workspace, so reinstalling returns you to the same place. Ask us if you would rather have them exported or deleted.
