Starter is $19 a month, Growth is $69, and Enterprise is $179. Every plan opens with a 14-day free trial. The subscription runs on Shopify App Pricing, so the plan you pick and the charge you get both sit in your Shopify admin, and there is no usage fee and no cut of what you sell.
Copiara is coming to the Shopify App Store. It is not listed yet.

Every plan carries the whole wholesale layer. What separates them is the size of the operation they cover, measured in seats and catalog, not a feature checklist with the useful parts held back.

Copiara is not on the Shopify App Store yet, so there is nothing to subscribe to today. When the listing goes live these are the plans that will be on it, at these prices, and the numbers here and on the listing will match.

Copiara is priced as an app on a store, not as a platform replacement, because it is not replacing anything. The scope below is the whole of it.

Shopify App Pricing handles the subscription and the trial. That is a deliberate choice rather than a shortcut: there is no second vendor relationship to set up, and no payment details of yours sitting in our systems.

Install from the App Store
When the listing is live, Copiara installs into your own store the same way any other Shopify app does.

Starter, Growth, or Enterprise, chosen on Shopify's own plan page rather than on a separate checkout of ours.

Fourteen days free
The trial runs on every plan and Shopify tracks it. Nothing is charged until it ends, and you can change plan during it.

It lands on your Shopify invoice
The charge appears with everything else you already pay Shopify for. No card or bank details ever reach Copiara.

- What does Copiara cost?
- Nineteen dollars a month for Starter, sixty-nine for Growth, and a hundred and seventy-nine for Enterprise, each with a 14-day free trial. Billing runs through Shopify App Pricing, so the charge lands on your Shopify invoice with everything else you pay for there.
- Can we install it today?
- Not yet. Copiara is being built as a Shopify app and the listing is not published, so there is nothing to subscribe to. Join the early access list and we will tell you when it is live.
- Is there a usage fee or a cut of sales?
- No. The monthly plan is the whole charge. Copiara does not take a percentage of what you sell and does not meter orders on top of the subscription.
- Does Copiara replace Shopify B2B?
- No. Companies, payment terms, volume pricing, and B2B checkout stay native to Shopify. Copiara adds the parts Shopify does not have on any plan: quote negotiation, buyer approval chains, credit and AR enforcement, cross-reference, catalog enrichment, and the concierge.
- Do we need Shopify Plus?
- No. Core Shopify B2B is on every paid plan. Some behavior does differ by plan tier, because Shopify caps a store below Plus at three active catalogs, and the listing will spell out what changes.
- Does Copiara handle our money?
- No. Orders settle through Shopify checkout on the company's own payment terms. Copiara reads payment state back from Shopify. It does not collect on your behalf.
- What happens to our data if we uninstall?
- Uninstalling ends our access to your store immediately. Shopify sends a shop redaction request about 48 hours later, and we delete the Shopify connection data for that store. The records Copiara created for you stay in your Copiara workspace, so reinstalling returns you to the same place. Ask us if you would rather have them exported or deleted.
