Most Shopify quote apps add a request-a-quote form and turn an accepted quote into a draft order; the six compared here differ in how much negotiation, approval and rule-based answering they list on top. All six can be installed from the Shopify App Store today. Copiara is a seventh option for distributors that negotiate prices, need sign-off inside the buying company and sell on credit, and it is in early access, so it cannot be installed yet.

QuotWay shows one review, and Quote Desk and Uncap Quotes show none yet. Quotify, BSS B2B Request a Quote and SP Request a Quote have the most reviews of the six.

Does Shopify already handle quotes without an app?

Partly. Shopify draft orders can carry a negotiated custom line price and a price lock, and a company location can be set to send its checkout orders to you as drafts for review. Shopify has no RFQ object or versioned quote record, so a draft order carries the agreed price, not the negotiation.

If you quote a few times a month, a draft order may be enough. If quotes pile up in inboxes and nobody can see the earlier rounds, an app from the list above earns its place. See native Shopify B2B vs adding Copiara for what Shopify covers on its own.

Which Shopify quote app should you choose?

Choose by the job. Each line names the app, then the reason, taken from its own listing.

  • Choose Quotify if you want a customizable request form with hide price and add to cart at the lowest paid price here ($17 a month), and a long review history (4.9 from 105 reviews).
  • Choose SP Request a Quote if you want a quote workflow at no charge. Its listing shows Free, with buyer price proposals, chat inside each quote and one-click conversion. Hiding prices takes the separate SP Hide Price app.
  • Choose BSS B2B Request a Quote if you also want quick order pages, buyer approval of a proposal by email and quote logic per Shopify B2B company, backed by 197 reviews at 4.9.
  • Choose QuotWay if you need versioned counter-offers, a price floor, approvals on your side and the buyer's, and rules that answer routine quotes today, with a free plan to start. Its listing shows one review.
  • Choose Quote Desk if you want a price suggested for each line from the buyer's order history, and purchase-order PDFs turned into drafts. Its listing shows no reviews yet.
  • Choose Uncap Quotes if you want a quote inbox with agent assignment, threaded comments and file attachments, for business and consumer buyers alike.
  • Choose Copiara if you negotiate prices against a margin floor, need approvals inside the buying company and sell on credit, and can wait: Copiara cannot be installed yet.

Where does Copiara fit?

Copiara is our app, so weigh this page accordingly. It is in early access: it is not on the Shopify App Store, cannot be installed or bought today, and has no customers yet.

Copiara is a B2B Shopify app for wholesale that puts quote negotiation, buyer approvals and credit limits in one app, built on native Shopify B2B, so it works without Shopify Plus. Its quoting desk takes a buyer's request through negotiation to an accepted quote on one record that keeps every round, checks a margin floor on the server, and places the accepted quote in Shopify as an order with the agreed prices locked.

FAQ

What is the cheapest Shopify quote app?
SP Request a Quote shows Free on its listing. QuotWay and Quote Desk each have a free plan with a monthly quote cap (10 and 5 quotes), and Quotify starts at $17 a month. Prices were read on October 22, 2026, so check the listing before you buy.
Which Shopify quote apps can hide prices?
QuotWay (from its $29 plan), Quotify and BSS B2B Request a Quote list hide price on their own listings. SP Request a Quote pairs with the separate SP Hide Price app. Copiara does not hide prices.
Do Shopify quote apps need Shopify Plus?
Not by their listings. Quote Desk says it works on Basic, Grow and Advanced, and QuotWay says it works on standard Shopify stores. Copiara is built on native Shopify B2B, which runs on Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus, so it does not require Plus.
Can a Shopify quote app work with Shopify Sidekick?
QuotWay says you can ask Sidekick about its quotes and have it prepare a proposal for you to review. Copiara works along similar lines: ask with @copiara, and Sidekick reads Copiara quotes and can stage a counter offer that your staff review and send. Sidekick never sends, accepts or places anything by itself.
Is Copiara a quote app?
Its quoting desk is one of three parts, beside buyer approvals and credit limits. If a request form is all you want, an app above fits better. Copiara cannot be installed yet.
