Shopify wholesale pricing apps compared

Shopify wholesale pricing apps set prices by customer group or tag, collect registration forms, hide prices and enforce order minimums, and the five compared here can all be installed today. Copiara does not do tag-based pricing, registration forms, hidden prices or order minimums: it adds quote negotiation, buyer approvals and credit limits on top of native Shopify B2B, so a store may run a pricing suite beside it. Copiara is in early access and cannot be installed yet.

Copiara is in early access. It is not on the Shopify App Store yet, so nobody can install it today. Facts on this page checked October 22, 2026.

Which Shopify wholesale pricing apps are there, and what do they cost?

Figures are exactly as each Shopify App Store listing showed them on October 22, 2026. Ratings read as score, then review count. Plan prices are per month in US dollars.

These are suites: each bundles pricing with other wholesale tools. Copiara is not a suite of this kind. The table includes it so you can see the difference.

What can each wholesale pricing app do that Copiara does not?

Cells come from each app's own listing, plus SparkLayer's own site where its listing is silent. Not shown means the listing does not mention it. That is not proof the app lacks it, so confirm anything that decides your purchase with the vendor.

The top four rows are the ones where Copiara has no feature: tag-based wholesale pricing, registration forms, hidden prices and order minimums.

Does native Shopify B2B already cover some of this?

Some. Shopify's B2B help pages describe company account requests (a form where customers ask for B2B access), volume pricing, quantity rules for minimums, maximums and increments per variant, and a Trade theme, built for a dedicated store for B2B customers, that hides product prices from customers who are not logged in. Below Plus you can assign up to 3 active catalogs across your B2B markets.

The apps above add tag-based pricing, registration with approval and auto-tagging, and order minimums by cart value, which those pages do not describe. See native Shopify B2B vs adding Copiara and Shopify B2B catalog limits by plan.

Can a store run a wholesale pricing app alongside Copiara?

The jobs do not overlap. A pricing suite decides what a buyer sees and pays by default. Copiara handles the exceptions: a negotiated quote, sign-off inside the buying company and a credit limit.

Copiara cannot be installed yet, so there is no tested combination to describe. Before you stack apps, ask each vendor how its prices reach Shopify checkout.

Which wholesale pricing app should you choose?

Choose by the job. Each line names the app, then the reason, taken from its own listing or site.

  • Choose SparkLayer if you want customer-specific price lists, registration forms, sales rep ordering and company accounts from one vendor, with a free Basic plan to start. Its listing shows 4.8 from 391 reviews.
  • Choose BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing if you want the most reviewed suite here (4.9 from 1,193), with price lists, registration forms, tax controls and order limits, and a Free plan.
  • Choose B2B Wholesale Hub if you want to tag customers and set wholesale discounts quickly, with order minimums by cart value, collection, product or variant.
  • Choose Wholesale Gorilla if you want price rules, shipping rules and net terms from a long-running app (launched in 2018) with a 21-day trial.
  • Choose Wholesale All in one if you want the lowest entry price here ($24 a month), with add-ons for net terms, quick order forms and minimum order quantities.
  • Choose Copiara if the problem is negotiating prices, sign-off inside the buying company and credit, not setting prices by customer group. A store may run one of the apps above beside it. Copiara cannot be installed yet.

Where does Copiara fit?

Copiara is our app, so weigh this page accordingly. It is in early access: it is not on the Shopify App Store, cannot be installed or bought today, and has no customers yet.

Copiara is a B2B Shopify app for wholesale that puts quote negotiation, buyer approvals and credit limits in one app, built on native Shopify B2B, so it works without Shopify Plus. It is not a pricing suite. If you need tag-based wholesale pricing, registration forms, hidden prices or order minimums, one of the apps above is the better choice and you can install it today.

Copiara's published plans are Free, then $59 and $129 a month, billed monthly through Shopify App Pricing.

FAQ

Do I need a wholesale pricing app if I use Shopify B2B?
Not always. Shopify B2B covers companies, price lists, volume pricing and quantity rules on Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus. A pricing app adds tag-based pricing, registration forms with approval, hidden prices and order minimums by cart value. Decide which of those your buyers actually need.
Which Shopify wholesale pricing apps have a free plan?
SparkLayer shows a free Basic plan (3 price lists, 5 orders a month) and BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing shows a Free plan. The other three show paid plans from $24 a month. Prices were read on October 22, 2026.
Which of these apps can hide prices?
B2B Wholesale Hub (product locking), Wholesale Gorilla (hide products and locks) and Wholesale All in one (a Login to View Prices add-on) list it. BSS does it in its separate BSS B2B Lock app. SparkLayer's listing does not show it. Copiara does not hide prices.
Does Copiara do wholesale pricing?
Not as a pricing engine of its own. Price lists, catalogs and volume pricing are Shopify's, and Copiara's Pricing screen pushes contract pricing through them, so the price a company sees is a real Shopify price. It does not add tag-based pricing, registration forms, hidden prices or order minimums.
Can I use Copiara with a wholesale pricing app?
The jobs do not overlap, so a store may run both. Copiara is in early access and cannot be installed yet, so there is no tested combination. Ask the pricing app's vendor before you stack them.
